Whether you’re heading to Terminal 2 for an early United flight, Terminal 3 for a long-haul departure, Terminal 4 for a Gulf carrier, or Terminal 5 for British Airways, your driver knows exactly where to go and how to get there.
Arriving at Heathrow? Here’s How Your Collection Works
Airport pickups are handled a little differently from a regular minicab, so it’s worth knowing what to expect.
When you land, we’re already tracking your flight. Flight monitoring is included in every Heathrow collection fare at no extra charge — so if your plane is early, late, or diverted to a different time slot, we know about it. Flight delays are never charged; your driver adjusts automatically.
Once you’ve landed and made your way through baggage reclaim, your driver will be in contact via the mobile number on your booking. You’ll receive an arrival SMS when your flight lands. Your booking confirmation will also confirm your meeting point. If you’ve opted for our meet and greet service, your driver will be waiting inside the terminal with a name board — the meet and greet charge for Heathrow is £7, added to your fare.
The standard pick-up process involves an included parking allowance of up to £7. If additional waiting time is required due to delays on your end (lost luggage, customs hold-ups), waiting time is charged at £0.34 per minute beyond your estimated pickup time. Flight delays specifically are fully tracked and are never added to your bill.
Travelling as a Family or Group? We’ve Got the Right Vehicle
One of the things passengers tell us most often is that they struggled to find a large enough vehicle elsewhere. We offer five vehicle options — Saloon, Estate, 6 Seater, 8 Seater, and Executive — so whether it’s two of you with a couple of suitcases or seven people heading to Terminal 5 with a full set of luggage, there’s a vehicle that fits.
For families with young children, we can arrange baby seats (under 18 months), child seats (1.5–2.5 years), and booster seats (3 years and above) on request. Under UK law, child seats are not legally required in licensed private hire vehicles, but we aim to have them available for those who want one. Availability during peak periods cannot be guaranteed, so please request at the time of booking.
Our 8 Seater carries up to 7 passengers with 6 suitcases and 6 cabin bags — which makes it the right choice for larger group Heathrow transfers without needing to book two separate cars.
Which Heathrow Terminal Do You Need?
Heathrow has five passenger terminals, and knowing which one you’re travelling from or arriving into makes the whole journey smoother. Here’s a quick guide:
Terminal 2 (The Queen’s Terminal) handles Star Alliance carriers including United Airlines, Lufthansa, Air Canada, and Singapore Airlines, among others.
Terminal 3 serves a mix of carriers including Virgin Atlantic, American Airlines, Emirates, and Qantas on selected routes.
Terminal 4 is primarily used by SkyTeam members including Air France, KLM, and Korean Air, as well as Malaysia Airlines.
Terminal 5 is British Airways’ dedicated home at Heathrow, handling almost all BA and Iberia flights.
Terminal 1 is no longer in use for passenger services.

Dropping Off at Heathrow – What You Need to Know
For departures, things are more straightforward. Your driver will collect you from your home or hotel at the agreed time and drop you at the correct terminal entrance.
If you’d prefer to be dropped at the express drop-off point rather than the standard terminal forecourt, this can be arranged. Heathrow charges an additional £5 for express drop-off access — this isn’t something we add on top, it’s the airport’s own managed charge passed through directly. Just let us know when you book, or give us a call to update your booking beforehand.
One thing we’d always suggest: give yourself more time than you think you need. We’ll get you there, but Heathrow security queues — especially during school holidays and peak travel periods — can be unpredictable once you’re inside.
