Bookings can be changed free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup — email info@one2onecars.com if you’re changing more than 24 hours ahead, or call 020 7121 8888 for anything closer to your pickup time. Cancellations inside 4 hours are charged in full, per the Booking Terms.
