There’s a free shuttle bus that connects the Mid Stay car parks to the terminal — this shuttle runs on the airport’s own schedule and is provided by the airport itself, not by any transfer company.
For standard drop-offs, your driver will take you as far as the designated drop-off point, from where the free shuttle takes you the short distance to the terminal. This is the default process and is factored into how we handle Luton bookings.
If you’d prefer to be taken directly to the terminal entrance rather than using the shuttle, an express drop-off option is available for an additional £5 charge. This needs to be requested in advance — it’s not automatic. You can add it when booking online or by calling us before your travel date. The express drop-off charge is Luton Airport’s own managed fee, passed through directly.

Premium Meet & Greet (Inside Terminal): For a fully inside-terminal collection with a name board, Luton’s premium meet and greet service is available for an additional £14. With premium meet and greet, the parking allowance is £10 — if parking exceeds £10, you pay the difference.
If you’re delayed coming through baggage reclaim or customs, waiting time beyond your estimated pickup time is charged at £0.34 per minute. Flight delays specifically are tracked and never charged.
